It’s time that we celebrate the ugly apples too. As you walk our through our apple orchard this year, you’ll notice smaller, spotted apples. The lumps and spots that cover our crop this year are just cosmetic blemishes. These freckled, scarred apples are perfectly safe to eat and, frankly, we think they taste better.
